By Commissioning music from me, you agree to the following:- I accept PayPal as my form of payment. This makes it incredibly easy for anyone around the globe to pay me for my work. If you are more comfortable with other forms of paypment, an exception may be made.- Pricing is in USD, as I currently reside in the United States. Conversion will be necessary for international payments, and you will be required to handle this yourself. Additionally, All prices are negotiable depending on the project's budget.- I do not ask full payment up front, but I do ask that you respect the fact that I require to be paid. This means I require 50% of the price up front, and 50% after the final audio is delivered.- If you are commissioning a full game's soundtrack from me, I do require the ability to play a prototype of the game either without audio implemented, or with placeholder audio. This is so I have a good idea of what I'm going to be working on. An alternative to this if you don't have a working build would be various reference tracks so I can match the feel.- If the track delivered isn't exactly on the minute mark, the price will be rounded up or down to the next minute. Example: 1:50 = 2 minutes worth of audio payment-wise. This of course can be negotiated.- I have the right to reject an idea that I'm not comfortable with working on. That includes anything NSFW- The time it takes me to complete a piece of music takes anywhere from 4 days to a week(not counting planning/brainstorming), so please be patient. If I have something going on and cannot work on music at the moment that I'm supposed to be, I will let you know.- All delivered music can be used for commercial purposes, but must always be credited. You CAN NOT under any circumstance claim it as your own. If it is found that you did, there will be legal consequences.- And Finally, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This means that after I am paid, I will not be revising the audio unless there is an issue with the final render of it. This is because I do not have the storage space to keep every single project file I work on on my computer, and to avoid you as the client to pay for revisions.PRICING:- Original Music: 150$ per minute of audio delivered- Jingles(5-30 seconds of audio): 50$ per jingle- Sound Design: 10$ per sound effect
